Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns or exchanges for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • You must request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us with clear proof (photos/videos) of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection by the customer

  • Items without original packaging or tags

  • Sale or discounted items (unless damaged)

Refunds

  • Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed.

  • Refunds are typically issued via bank transfer or store credit, depending on the case.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be completed after approval.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the requested item is not available, a refund or store credit will be provided.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit only.
