All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

We offer Cash on Delivery for selected locations. Customers must provide accurate contact and address details to avoid delivery issues.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number (if available) via email or SMS to track your order status.

Lumetrends is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

While we strive to deliver on time, unforeseen delays caused by courier companies or external factors are beyond our control.
